A stunning Post-War cabinet designed by David Booth for Gordon Russell in 1948, Model 213.
A great example of British early Modernism.
Clean and minimal with subtle curves and wonderful reeded doors that sit below a pair of drawers. This piece carries the CC41 utility stamp, which stopped in 1952.
Good to very good externally.
Internally, the latches to the doors have been replaced at some time; this doesn’t detract.
